CINCINNATI – A woman and a baby were found unresponsive in a bathtub in Over-the-Rhine early Tuesday morning.
The 7-week-old baby girl was rushed to Cincinnati Children's Hospital after authorities were called to a home in the 1600 block of Walnut Street.
Officers arrived at the home at about 5 a.m. and found the baby floating in the bathtub’s water with the woman, according to police.
The woman is in her 30s and was also hospitalized.
Police have not released the names of the victims or their conditions.
The Cincinnati Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit is investigating the incident.
