CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati man convicted of the 2012 murder of Marcus Lane is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Monday for sentencing.
Ian Miller, 28, was found guilty of shooting and killing Lane, 24, on July 4, 2012 near the Millvale Recreation Complex located in the 3200 block of Beekman Street.
Police found Lane a block down the road at Neyer Avenue and Beekman Street with multiple gunshot wounds.
Emergency crews transported Lane to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Miller has been held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $500,000 bond since his arrest.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
