DAYTON, Ohio -- A grand jury has indicted a former Lakota East volleyball coach accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Joshua Fisher, 29, of Cincinnati was indicted on five felony counts of sexual battery and one misdemeanor count of sexual imposition.
Investigators say Fisher met the girl during a volleyball game at the girl's school, Centerville High School.
The game was not associated with Lakota East.
Fisher was the head coach of the Lakota East girls' junior varsity team for two seasons. He has been removed from further contact with students.
Fisher returns to Montgomery County court Thursday.
Centerville police said the contact with the teenager happened in his car at a variety of locations in Centerville in September and October.
