CINCINNATI -- In years to come, two Tri-State parents will have a wild story to tell to their son born early Saturday morning.
At about 3 a.m., Hamilton County dispatchers received a frantic call from a man driving near the Sharon Road exit of I-75.
The father, who authorities have not yet identified, called 911 on the way to the University of Cincinnati medical Center to tell them his wife was in labor. He eventually pulled into the parking lot of the old Princeton High School, where his son decided it was time to come into the world.
The baby was born in the back seat of the couple's car. First responders arrived on the scene just in time to cut the umbilical cord, according to Hamilton County dispatchers.
Both mom and baby boy were transported to the hospital after she gave birth. Authorities said the family was doing well.
