ANDERSON TWP., Ohio -- A 71-year-old Anderson Township man accused of raping two young girls was issued a $200,000 bond when he appeared in a Hamilton County courtroom Wednesday.
Charles R. Martin is charged with rape and gross sexual imposition after investigators say he raped two 8 year olds.
The victims told their parents and workers at Children's Hospital Medical Center of the sexual abuse they say took place on Dec. 15, 2013, at a home in the 1600 block of Tonopah Drive, according to court documents.
Both girls were interviewed at the Mayerson Center for Safe and Healthy Children and said Martin showed them pornographic movies and repeatedly asked them to touch him in inappropriate areas.
Martin admitted he "molested" the victims to his sister and brother and admitted to the accusations when he was confronted by both sets of the girls parents.
A search warrant was issued and investigators found five pornographic DVDs, personal massagers, a small pink vibrating sex toy and they confiscated a few more items, according to court documents.
