DAYTON, Ky. -- Campbell County dispatchers say police have located a missing Dayton, Ky., 2-year-old and her grandfather.
The pair was declared missing Wednesday night.
Officials said the girl is safe and OK but would not release any other details.
The child's mother, Shawnda Robinson, was arrested early Thursday and charged with public intoxication and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Robinson pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday morning in Campbell County Court.
Prosecutors claim Robinson was high on heroin when she was arrested.
Officials said the arresting officers found a heroin syringe in her bra.
She is scheduled for a May 5 trial and is ordered to undergo drug treatment and to remain under house arrest until her next court date.
