OXFORD, Ohio – Police arrested Alfred Allen, the former director of the McGuffey Foundation School, after an investigation into the misuse of a school credit card revealed child pornography in his possession.

On May 30 it was reported to the Oxford Police Department that Allen, 60, was suspected of misuse of the school’s card. That investigation, police report, resulted in Allen being charged with theft.

Evidence collected also revealed Allen had explicit material involving children in his possession. On Sept. 19 police arrested Allen on 20 felony counts of child pornography.

A five page Sept. 18 grand jury indictment filed in Butler County court revealed that Allen had child pornography dating from October 2010 to May 30 of this year.

Oxford police said their investigation is still ongoing.
