HAMILTON, Ohio – Police identified the man they found dead in a recycling been on Ludlow Avenue at about 12:35 p.m.
Maxemillian Demorrow, also known as William S. Gregory, was a homeless man with a last known address in College Corner, Ohio, according to Hamilton, Ohio police.
Demorrow used the bin for shelter from the elements. Investigators did not believe foul play was a factor in the 44-year-old man's death.
The exact cause of death will not be determined until pending toxicology results are released from the Butler County Coroner's Office.
