ERLANGER, Ky. - Members of the Hispanic community can attend a free health fair in northern Kentucky on Sunday, October 16.
The North Central Area Health Education Center (NC AHEC) will host a health fair for the Hispanic/Latino population of northern Kentucky.
The fair is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Marydale Catholic Center in Erlanger.
Many free services will be available including screening tests for diabetes, cholesterol and vision. They are also offering mammograms, pap smears and confidential HIV/AIDS tests. All testing and services are free of charge and open to anyone.
All services will be provided in Spanish and English. Many bilingual health care providers will be present to answer questions about health and offer information about local services.
The health fair is held in collaboration with the Centro de Amistad and Cristo Rey, the Hispanic parish in Erlanger.
