MOUNT ORAB, Ohio -- A man called authorities from a Brown County home Friday to report another man shooting a gun under the same roof, and both men were arrested.
Deputies arrived to a home on Upper Five Mile West Road Friday, where the gunshots were reported to the Brown County Communications Center. The man who made the call met responding deputies outside, and told them that the shooter was still inside.
The deputies convinced the armed man to exit the house, and no one was hurt, according to a spokesperson for Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger.
Both men were arrested.
The caller, 40-year-old Joseph Hollon, was charged with domestic violence, but has since been released on bond.
The accused gunman, 43-year-old Matthew Hollon was charged with felonious assault. He's held at the Brown County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
