CINCINNATI -- The case of a Cincinnati man accused of having sex with a woman before telling her he is HIV positive was sent to a grand jury Friday.
Police say Damien Fields, 22, had sex on March 26 without disclosing to the victim that he has HIV.
Fields is charged with one count of felonious assault.
He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
