CINCINNATI -- A 37-year-old man is in Middletown police custody after he was arrested in connection with a May 12 shooting.
Officers said Jerome Payne, of Monroe, was arrested Thursday in Cincinnati and accused of attacking Austin Terry.
The shooting happened on May 12 in the 3100 block of Wilbraham Road.

Terry was shot twice in his legs after a disturbance in the parking lot. Several people were around when Terry was shot, police said.
Payne faces charges including assault with a weapon and weapons under disability.
Officials said Terry has been released from an area hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
