CINCINNATI – A police chase ended safely Thursday morning when a passenger talked the wanted driver into stopping, police said.
Police said they stopped the driver on a report that he had a gun, but the driver took off.
There were two passengers in the car and one was on the phone talking with police.
The driver pulled over at Montgomery Road and Woodburn Avenue in Evanston.
The driver was arrested. The passengers were not.
