CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati man arrested on charges of conspiracy regarding his involvement in a murder-for-hire plot is scheduled to appear in a Hamilton County courtroom Wednesday to either enter a plea or set a date for trial.
Investigators say Kendall Flucas, 21, conspired to commit the murder of a witness or victim who was set to testify against him in a different criminal case.
Flucas was charged in September with two counts of felonious assault and one count of attempted robbery after police say he hit a man in the head with a rock while trying to rob him.
His bond was set at $250,000 on Nov. 20 and he is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m.
