CINCINNATI - Hideki Harada's philosophy in the kitchen is simple and straightforward.

“Always take care of the food, and the food will take care of you," the executive chef and co-owner of Kaze said.

Years of work and discipline have fostered  the culinary skills Harada employs in his kitchen.
