Traffic on I-75 has started to flow once again after it was brought to a standstill early Thursday.

CINCINNATI -- Traffic on I-75 is flowing once again after it was brought to a standstill early Thursday.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes at about 5:45 a.m. near the Norwood Lateral. The wreckage was cleared at about 8 a.m. and traffic started flowing by about 8:20 a.m.
At least one person was seen being treated by paramedics at the scene.
Police said the crash happened when a cement truck overturned. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Traffic had to be detoured onto the lateral while crews worked the scene.
No other details have been provided.
