FLORENCE, Ky. - Power has been restored in Northern Kentucky after a problem with a transformer line caused about 9,000 outages to Duke Energy customers Wednesday.
The outage occurred around 8:10 a.m. because of problems with one of the transformer lines in Florence, Ky. At one point about 14,000 Duke customers were without power in the area.
Several traffic lights may still be out in the area. Drivers are reminded to treat traffic lights that are out like a four-way stop.
