          Kathrine Nero

          Kathrine Nero came to WCPO-TV in 1998 from her hometown Memphis, which is evident in her slight (at least she considers it slight) southern drawl.

            Clyde is still going strong after more than 25 years of reporting and anchoring in Cincinnati and continues to be one of the most respected broadcast journalists working in the city.

              Carol Williams

              Carol Williams anchors WCPO newscasts at 5,6, and 11. She considers herself lucky to have covered 21 years of news in Cincinnati, including the Bengals' trip to the Superbowl, Presidential debates and conventions, the Bearcats' trip to the Final Four, and uniquely Cincinnati events such as the WEBN Fireworks.

                Brendan Keefe

                23-time Emmy winner Brendan Keefe was named Best Reporter by the Ohio Associated Press in 2011. He joined WCPO in the fall of 2007. He co-anchors 9 News at 5:30 weeknights with Tanya O'Rourke. Brendan also works as a "multi media journalist," shooting, writing, producing, and editing his own reports for WCPO's special projects unit and the I-Team.

                  Tanya O'Rourke

                  At the age of three, Tanya's family moved to Finneytown, where she lived until graduating from Finneytown High School. She attended the University of Tennessee and the University of Cincinnati, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

                      WCPO announces move to high power signal

                      WCPO, Channel 9, the Tri-State’s ABC affiliate, announced today that on Wednesday, December 8 at 2:05 a.m., the station will transition to its new, 910 kilowatt (Effective Radiated Power) transmitting facility. WCPO’s signal will move from its current VHF frequency to the stronger UHF band.
