When did you start working here? August  2012

Where else have you worked? I previously had the privilege of working at WGXA, the Fox and ABC affiliate in Macon, Georgia. There I worked as an evening anchor and reporter for almost three years. I reported on a variety of topics including a series called "Inside the Law".

Where did you go to college? I earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in theatre arts from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

What are you most proud of when it comes to your work? I'm proud of some of the work I've done in Georgia. One story in particular helped improve the workplace for a group of senior citizens. Any time a project has a positive effect is a blessing. I look forward to having that effect on the Tri-State one day.

What are you most proud of in your own life? I am most proud of supporting myself through college and being able to travel across the country to pursue my dreams. Leaving family and friends is never easy but having a goal and a good head on your shoulders always helps.

What do you love about living in the Tri-State? I absolutely love the different neighborhoods. I have never been in a city where so much pride runs through each neighborhood and for good reason. I also love the trees, history, parks, art, community involvement, and the festivals!

What are your favorite local hangouts/places, sports & cultural institutions? I have become obsessed with Findlay Market in Over-The-Rhine. I also love my neighborhood in Clifton. I can spend all weekend discovering new food and local shops around the city. You can also find me enjoying the view at Mount Storm Park.

All time favorites? The Walking Dead, True Blood, and some really embarrassing reality TV shows like the Real Housewives.

My favorite books include Slaughterhouse Five, Warm Bodies, Something Like Summer, Ask and it is Given.

Some of my favorite movies are Edward Scissor Hands, Catch me if you can, Drive, and Avatar. (They always change)
