Senior right-hander Kenny Hayes threw a five-inning no-hitter – the first of his career – as Lloyd blew out Newport, 17-0 on Thursday.
Hayes carried a perfect game into the fifth inning before issuing a walk as he earned his first win of the season, fanning 11.
Sophomore first baseman Max Willett led the Juggernauts’ offense with five RBI, including two on a second-inning triple and another on a double in the fourth.

HIGHLANDS 6, BELLEVUE 1 – Junior third baseman Todd Ramey’s two-run homer sealed the win for the Bluebirds.
Ramey launched his second home run of the season over the left field fence in the bottom of the fifth.
Senior right fielder Brandon Hergott doubled in Highlands’ first run in the second inning, and junior Alex Veneman plated Hergott with a triple. The Bluebirds plated four runs in that frame, and the latter two scored on errors.

Campbell County junior second baseman Willy Cox tripled in the only three runs of the game in a blast to the left center field fence in the bottom of the third.

LUDLOW 15, DAYTON 4 – Sophomore left-hander Evan Slone earned his fourth win in five decisions and plated six runs for the Panthers.
Slone drove in two runs with singles in the second and third innings and added an RBI single in the fourth.
Senior first baseman Brian Brownfield knocked in four runs, with two coming on a base hit in the first inning.
