Brossart won the Region 10 All ‘A’ Tournament for the fifth straight season as the Mustangs beat Robertson County (6-4), 25-15, 25-12 on Thursday.
Senior libero Allison Steelman recorded 15 digs, sophomore setter Lindsay Leick dished for 20 assists and senior middle hitter Alex Hinkel tallied seven kills for Brossart.
The Mustangs (4-1) will play in the state tournament on Sept. 14 in Louisville.
SIMON KENTON DOWNS SCOTT – Senior setter Ellie Ogle rolled up 14 assists and four aces as Simon Kenton (4-1) defeated Scott (3-2), 25-11, 25-14.
Senior middle hitter Heidi Thelen chipped in with six kills and three blocks for the Pioneers.
VILLA SINKS LLOYD – Senior middle hitter Ellie Stoddart notched eight kills and four aces as Villa Madonna (3-2) defeated Lloyd (6-5), 25-20, 25-17.
Junior setter Charissa Junker and sophomore setter Gabrielle Schulte added six assists each for the Blue Lightning.

Sophomore Sheldon Preisler won his eighth straight match to open the season as Boone County edged Lloyd, 3-2 on Wednesday.
Sophomore Erin Mogus remained perfect through five matches with her win at third singles as Cooper shut out Covington Latin.
