Conner scored five runs in the third inning and never looked back in an 8-1 win over Beechwood on Tuesday.
Cougars senior shortstop Jared Williams singled home one in that decisive frame, and he added an RBI single in the fourth.
Campbell County junior first baseman Ryan Ward also drove in two runs – one on a third-inning double and the other on a sacrifice fly in the fourth.

CAMPBELL COUNTY 4, HOLY CROSS 1 – Junior right fielder Kevin Skinner singled home two in the second inning to lift the Camels.
Campbell County led, 1-0 when Skinner lined his base hit to right center field, extending the lead to three.
That was enough run support for senior right-hander Joey Dawn, who scattered three hits and just one through the first six innings.

LUDLOW 19, VILLA MADONNA 0 – Junior right-hander Tyler Lyons threw a two-hit shutout and drove in four runs for the Panthers.
Lyons earned his second win of the season, and he singled in a run in the first inning, plated two with a base hit in third and doubled home another run in the fourth.
Sophomore left Michael Camarena and senior center fielder Geoff Thornsburg added three RBI each for Ludlow.
Camarena plated one with a first-inning double and two more on a double in the fourth. Thornsburg knocked in two with a single in the first and added a run-scoring base hit in the fourth.

BELLEVUE 23, CALVARY CHRISTIAN 0 – Sophomore right-hander Brady Hayes threw his first career no-hitter for the Tigers, and he drove in three runs.
Hayes issued just one walk and fanned nine as he earned his first win of the season. He also belted two RBI singles during the 12-run second inning, and he plated another run with a base hit in the fifth.
Senior center fielder Casey Fitch led Bellevue with four RBI, all of which came in the second inning. He doubled in three and singled in another run later in the frame.
