Jolly's shot at the buzzer lifts the Camels

Sophomore guard Taylor Jolly hit a layup at the buzzer to lift Campbell County to a 49-47 win over Dixie Heights on Tuesday.

Jolly tallied a team-best 19 points, hitting three 3-pointers. Junior guard Carson Gray added 11 points for the Camels.

Colonels junior center Liza Tibbs rolled up a game-high 24 points.

NOTRE DAME 49, RYLE 43 – Senior guard Paige Kellam netted six of her 14 points in the fourth quarter to help the Pandas hold off the Raiders.

Junior guard Sydney Stallman tacked on 11 points for Notre Dame, which finished its regular season on a seven-game winning streak.

Ryle sophomore guard Mallory Schwartz led all scorers with 19 points.

Junior guard Sarah Neace hit three 3-pointers in the second quarter to help NewCath break it open.

COOPER 65, PENDLETON COUNTY 23 – Senior guard Katey Pittman hit five 3-pointers in the first quarter, accounting for all 15 of her points as the Jaguars jumped out to an early 20-point lead.

Senior guard Paige Ross and eighth-grade guard Lexi Held chipped in 11 points each for Cooper.

Sophomore forward Lexie Aytes added 14 points, and senior forward Maria Blom pulled down 13 rebounds for Villa Madonna.
