Junior guard Christian Pollitt scored nine points in the first quarter to help Silver Grove build an early 19-point lead in a 56-25 win over Covington Latin on Thursday.
Pollitt led all scorers with 14 points, and junior forward Billy Miller added 10 for the Big Trains, who won their third straight game.
