Ryle (25-3) extended its winning streak to 11 matches with a 25-17, 25-13, 25-19 win over Simon Kenton (22-7) on Thursday.

Junior outside hitter Ashley Bush led the Raiders with nine kills, and senior setter Harper Hempel dished out 19 assists. Sophomore libero Chase Barber finished with 17 digs.

Junior outside hitter Rachael Figgins paced the Pioneers with seven kills, and Simon Kenton senior setter Sophie Dunn chipped in with 20 assists.

COOPER TAKES DOWN NEWCATH – Junior libero Jessica Fortner racked up 14 digs as Cooper (21-5) defeated Newport Central Catholic (9-10), 25-18, 25-19, 25-21.

Freshman middle hitter Katie Smith and senior middle hitter Hannah Reid notched six kills each for the Jaguars.

BROSSART TOPS LUDLOW IN 4 – Senior outside hitter Marissa Frommeyer tallied 16 kills and 15 digs as Brossart (15-12) defeated Ludlow (12-6), 26-24, 20-25, 25-11, 25-15.

Sophomore setter Lindsay Leick dished for 32 assists in the Mustangs’ win.

Senior outside hitter Nicole Frevola and sophomore middle hitter Hailey Lillard led the Panthers with seven kills each.

DIXIE ROLLS UP THE KILLS VS. DAYTON – Three players combined for 28 kills as Dixie Heights (9-22) defeated Dayton (7-10), 25-17, 25-20, 25-16.

Freshman outside hitter Perrin Long led the Colonels in kills with 12. Senior right side hitter Brittany Wilkinson and seventh-grade outside hitter Leah Metzger added eight kills each.

HIGHLANDS BEATS BELLEVUE – Junior middle blocker Jessica Ginter rolled up 11 kills as Highlands (9-17) defeated Bellevue (5-13), 25-7, 25-13, 25-16.

Senior libero Abby Schweitzer added four aces and 15 digs, and junior setter Kaitlin Hall dished for 29 assists to pace the Bluebirds.
