Three locals to try out at Cincinnati Bengals' rookie minicamp

CINCINNATI -- Three football players who attended Ohio high schools will try out at the Cincinnati Bengals’ rookie minicamp this weekend.

The following unsigned players will work with the Bengals on a tryout basis:

  • Center Joe Spencer, of Illinois, went to Mason High School
  • Cornerback Brandon Neal, of Thomas More, attended Lakota West High School
  • Quarterback Tyler O’Connor, of Michigan State, went to Lima Central Catholic High School in Lima, Ohio.

The Bengals also signed 13 free agents Friday, including Monty Madaris of Michigan State, who attended Moeller High School.
