CINCINNATI -- The Cincinnati Reds may have hundreds of tickets available for Opening Day, but Dawn Duncan wasn't taking any chances: She camped out starting Thursday night for Saturday morning's ticket sale.

It's an annual tradition that, for some, even the worst weather won't stop. Duncan said she's camped out for Opening Day tickets for the past 10 years; seven years ago, she got a good luck charm that's helped her nab the most coveted spot.

"I've been first a couple of times," she said, "and I have my little 7-year-old, which was the first year I got first in line. I was seven months pregnant, camped out on Fountain Square like in 11-degree weather that year. It was cold, probably that cold last night too."

A limited number of Opening Day tickets went on sale at Great American Ball Park at 9 a.m. Saturday. Prices start at $35 for standing room only, $50 for view level tickets, and tickets for other ballpark seating sections run $45 to $75.

The Reds will open their 2017 season against the Philadelphia Phillies at 4:10 p.m., April 3, at Great American Ball Park.
