We've been hearing a lot about Junior "the Family Man" during the run-up to his Hall of Fame induction Sunday, but Griffey mostly guarded his family from the TV lights during his career.

This was different.

After Griffey was traded to the Reds in 2000, he invited Kathrine Nero, then a WCPO sports reporter, now "Good Morning Tri-State" anchor, to his home in Florida to see his pride and joy.
