CINCINNATI - Big Red Machine shortstop Dave Concepcion will be the Grand Marshal of the 95th Findlay Market Opening Day Parade.
Concepcion played his whole 19-year career (1970-88) with the Reds. He was a nine-time All Star and won five Gold Gloves. He hit .267 with 101 home runs and 950 RBI.
Concepcion was inducted in the Reds Hall of Fame in 2000 and his No. 13 was retired by the Reds in 2007.
The parade begins at noon Monday, March 31. The Reds open against the St. Louis Cardinals at 4:10 p.m.
