CINCINNATI - Jogging, yoga, pilates, swimming, CrossFit and now, Prancercise. The newest viral craze that's taking off like a 100-meter sprinter is called "Prancercise," and it's bound to leave you speechless.
Armed with perfectly feathered hair, ankle weights, white Spandex and ostentatious gold jewelry that would make Cleopatra jealous, Prancercise LLC Owner Joanna Ruhrback shows viewers the four levels of Prancercise fitness.
What, you ask, is Prancercise? According to the company's website, Prancercise.com, it's "a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation." The website says it's not just a workout: It's a revolution. Based out of Coral Springs, FL, the fitness movement aims to work you out both physically and spiritually and liberate you from the fitness chains.
Does "Prancercising" leave you inspired, confused or totally speechless? We have to chat about this! I'd love to hear what you think, so connect with me on Twitter @jennyfromthebak and sound off on the Prancercise revolution!
