NEW YORK -- One of the casualties of a winter storm that hit New York City Tuesday was Apple's iconic glass cube.
The massive glass panel that is part of Apple's flagship store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan was cracked by a snow blower.
It will cost nearly $450,000 to replace it.
The panel is one of 15 large glass panels that make up the 32-foot structure.
Despite the broken panel, the store -- which is open 24 hours a day and seven days a week -- remained open for business.
