Last Day on the Job for Some GM Workers

MORAINE, Ohio (AP) -- Today is the last day of work for between
400 and 500 employees at General Motors' SUV plant in Moraine.

The workers are losing their jobs because GM eliminated the second
production shift at the plant it plans to close by 2010.
