CINCINNATI -- The Ohio Highway Patrol released video Monday of the traffic stop that led to the arrest of a man police say had 48 bombs in his vehicle.
Andrew Scott Boguslawski, 43, is an Indiana National Guardsman who was stopped for speeding in Ohio on New Year’s Day.
"I asked you if there's any weapons in the car and you said, ‘no,’” a trooper is heard in the video telling Boguslawski.
“But it's not a weapon," Boguslawski responds.
While a trooper was giving Boguslawski a ticket on Interstate 70 near Dayton, he spotted what looked like a gun between his legs.
After searching him, they found ammo in his pockets, four guns, the bombs and a remote detonating device.
He is being held on a $1 million bond.
