Patches of Fog
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Emergency officials say an underground fire in downtown Louisville is to blame for minor explosions that blew off manhole covers and led to some partial street closures.
No one was hurt in the episode that was reported Saturday morning.
WAVE-TV (http://bit.ly/15DPZsp) reports witnesses told authorities they saw flames coming from the manholes after the covers blew off. Police closed sections of some roads, including Jefferson, Market and 7th streets.
