BURLINGTON, Ky, -- A Northern Kentucky man accused of molesting a teenage girl multiple times is scheduled to appear in a in Boone County courtroom Monday morning to begin his trial.
Police say Richard Fornash, Jr., sexually abused a 15-year-old girl for six months in 2012. He allegedly showed the victim pornographic material and provided her alcohol.
Fornash is charged with five counts of rape, six counts of sodomy, six counts of sexual abuse, one count of unlawful transaction with a minor and two counts of distribution of obscene matter to a minor.
Fornash is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. at the Boone County Justice Center.
