CINCINNATI - The Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport will be welcoming visitors to the region with a little preview music courtesy of the Bunbury Music Festival.
Music for those arriving at CVG include Fun, MGMT, and the National, according to a release from the airport.
"Big events like these generate significant tourism and we want to make sure the first experience and last experience those visitors have in our area is positive," said James Huff, chairman of the Kenton County airport board. "Promoting our region's biggest and best events not only welcomes them and sends them off with a little taste of the region, but it generates home-town pride for all of our local passengers."
In addition to spotlighting acts from the Bunbury Music festival that runs July 12-14, the airport board said it is in favor of featuring more local musicians and artists.
