Pickup found submerged in Dearborn Co.

DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. - Investigators in Dearborn County have identified a body that two fishermen found in a creek.

The Dearborn County Sheriff's Office said the body of 39-year-old David Lee Ochs, of Aurora, was found Sunday about 11:45 a.m.

After deputies got to Hogan Creek to investigate, Department of Natural Resources conservation officers and a water rescue team were called in to help recover Ochs' body.

Deputies said Ochs' pickup was found on March 13 submerged in Hogan Creek. He had been listed as missing since his truck was found last month.

An autopsy has been scheduled.

No other details have been released.
