WILLIAMSBURG, Ohio - A medical helicopter was called to the scene of two separate accidents on the same Clermont County Road on Monday afternoon.
A head on collision with entrapment was reported at about 3:45 p.m. in the 4000 block of Dela Palma Road in Williamsburg, Ohio.
Police said one vehicle went left of center and struck another car head on. A woman and a 7-month-old were involved in the accident.
The woman was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with an ankle injury while the child was taken to Children's Hospital as a precaution but had no obvious injuries, according to officials.
A man in the other vehicle was taken to Clermont Mercy Hospital complaining of chest and abdominal pain.
Soon after the first crash, a separate accident occurred on the same road involving a car hitting a tree.
Police say a medical helicopter was called but cannot fly due to inclement weather.
Officials have not released any additional information at this time.
