CINCINNATI - A man entering the Hamilton County Courthouse Wednesday should have left his backpack at home.

When Samuel Howard, 33, arrived for a civil case, security screeners found 68 1/2 grams of pot in his backpack - along with lots of small bags to distribute it, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said.

That converts to roughly 2.42 ounces of pot. Depending on the quality, that could be worth $700 to $1,000, according to www.priceofweed.com

Howard was charged with possession of illegal drugs and trafficking.

He is free on $5,000 bond.
