CINCINNATI - An employee at a Camp Washington used car lot was shot in the face during an argument with a disgruntled customer, police said.
Police charged Keontis Clark, 18, with felonious assault. He was held on $200,000 bond Friday in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
The incident took place just before 10 p.m. Thursday at Uni Auto Sales located at 2800 Colerain Ave. near Marshall Avenue.
Police at the scene said the suspect got into an argument over work done to his car and pulled out a gun and shot Emmanuel Majok just below his left eye.
The victim spoke with investigators at the scene and reportedly identified the shooter before he was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was listed in critical but stable condition early Friday morning.
Police told 9 On Your Side reporter Brian Yocono the suspected shooter was standing at the scene while they investigated.
Clark's listed address is just a block away from the body shop.
