COVINGTON, Ky. - A person was struck by a vehicle on a street in Covington Friday afternoon.
The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Martin and Madison avenues.
Police say the pedestrian became stuck underneath the car after the incident.
The pedestrian was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
No further details about the nature of the incident were immediately available, but Covington police do report a police cruiser was rear-ended in its response to the scene. No injuries were reported from that incident and a damage estimate has not been released.
