FLORENCE, Ky. - Friends and family of a murdered Boone County couple are still looking for answers a year since their death.

Tuesday marks the one year anniversary since Bill and Peggy Stephenson's bodies were found in their Florence home.

Bill and Peggy Stephenson, both 74, were found dead in their Ridge Edge Court home in Florence over Memorial Day weekend in 2011. A family member went to their home after they failed to show up for church.

Investigators have questioned several people in the case, but nobody has been charged. So far, their murders remain unsolved and the family has offered a reward of $5,000 for information.

Their nephew, Robert Charles Stephenson, is a person of interest in the case and is charged with murder in an unrelated case involving the death of Leigh Jennings in Indiana.

Anyone with information on the murders is asked to call either the Boone County Sheriff's Tip Line at (859) 334-3500 or Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.
