Officials seek suspects who stole cellphones, tablets from Sycamore Twp. Verizon store

SYCAMORE TWP, Ohio - Police are searching for three suspects who stole cellphones and tablets from a Sycamore Township Verizon store early Monday morning.

Three masked men broke in to the Verizon store located at 7790 Montgomery Road at about 3:45 a.m. and stole merchandise from the display cases. The first units at the scene found a large rock that had been used to smash the front glass door of the business. There were no employees in the store at the time of the break in.

Video surveillance in the story shows three black males with their heads covered stealing the items. Two men wore khaki pants and black jackets and the other suspect wore a gray sweatshirt during the robbery.

The suspect stole cellphones and tablets from the display cases, but officials have not yet said how many items they stole or the value of the merchandise.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the robbery and officials have not released any additional details at this time.
