COVINGTON, Ky. - How does a night of fitness, food, fun and fellowship sound?
Brandery graduate TapFit, a local mobile fitness startup, is hosting a charity fitness mixer on Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 7-9 p.m. Join local fitness instructors for 15-minute demonstrations and enjoy a mix of Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit and more. Event guests can also sample products and treats from gyms, studios and local food vendors.
“This should be a great community event,” said TapFit CEO Nick Cromydas. “We want working out to be a fun, social activity…Part of the goal of this event is to showcase the awesome local fitness scene in Cincinnati and the options people have in staying fit.”
TapFit’s first fitness mixer is free, but donations are encouraged. All donations will go to the YMCA Greater Cincinnati to support its youth fitness programs.
