CINCINNATI - Cincinnati police continue to investigate a shooting inside anSUV that claimed the life of a man in North Fairmount Mondaynight.
Police say 21-year-old Terry Johnson was one of two peopleinside a red SUV that was stopped around 10 p.m. in the 2300block of Nottingham Road at the Fay Apartments.
Shots were fired at Johnson's vehicle and they tried to getaway, but in the flurry the SUV crashed into a building.
The name and condition of the second person inside the vehiclehave not been released.
Police say they are focusing on one suspect, but have notreleased a description.
Homicide investigators were on scene for several hours and atone point a crowd that gathered at the scene became unruly. Policesay 18-year-old Ravea Barron broke through the crime tape at onepoint. He faces several charges Tuesday morning.
