SYMMES TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A man wanted in connection with a January homicide was arrested Monday afternoon, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Eric Adams, 22, has been arrested and charged with aggravated murder in the death of 24-year-old Mahmuud Abdur-Rahman, who was discovered unresponsive Jan. 16 outside of a Red Roof Inn in Symmes Township. At the time, investigators said they believed Abdur-Rahman’s death was a drug-related homicide.

Hamilton County authorities brought charges against Adams shortly after Abdur-Rahman’s death, but were unable to arrest him until Monday.
