When I go to work in the morning around 8:00 I often see this car on U.S. 42 between Kroger-Speedway area. He loves to tailgate and often swerves out and around people only to turn into Speedway. I hope they can patrol U.S. 42 and find this nut.

Just an FYI to everyone, if you are ever pulled over you have the right to call 911 to verify that it's a real cop that pulled you over. When pulled over, remain in your car & use your cell phone to call 911 They will know the location of the police for that area. If you're ever pulled over by an unmarked vehicle and the "officer" is not in uniform, you may request a uniformed officer to respond to the scene. Keep your windows up and your doors locked until you are satisfied that the officer is in fact a police officer. You can also call 911 in this case as well. As long as you don't leave the scene you aren't doing anything wrong & can wait for another uniformed officer to arrive. Not everyone is aware that you can do this, please share.

Unfortunately you hear about this happening too often. I see unmarked cop cars in KY all the time and I think it's crazy. The other day I saw a plain SUV with just a strip of blue lights in the upper front windshield with somebody pulled over on 471. In todays society with things like this going on they should be forced to have their cars well marked so you can be sure it is a police officer pulling you over. I work some late nights and if I'm driving home by myself I'm not going to stop for an unmarked car. The unfortunate thing is that if it is a real cop and you dont stop I'm sure you'll get in more trouble for that instead of having some understanding that you are looking out for your safety.

Geene, you need to get a clue. Just b/c you don't roll down your window for them does not mean they will hesitate to put a gun in your face. People, never pull over for an unmarked car unless you are in a public place. As the one person said, put your emergency lights on and find a place you feel safe to stop at. This is old news. You can’t trust anyone.
