A Green Township woman will not be facing charges for allegedly filling her deceased aunt's Vicodin prescription.

Police arrested 54-year-old Jacqueline Goss on June 16.

According to police documents, Goss allegedly went to a CVS store located on Harrison Avenue in Cheviot to pick up the pills.

The pills were in the name of Goss' aunt, who had died earlier that day. Police say she knew her aunt had died, and was picking up the pills for her personal use.

Goss was facing several charges as a result; however, a Hamilton County Grand Jury decided not to indict her on July 2.

All of her charges have now been dropped.
