It sounds that the police were called to her apt. Yes she was in her own apartment and intoxicated. And it sounds as if the crime and why she was arrested was for disorderly conduct (whcih can happen anywhere). The next issue is she was abusive to an officer!! YOU DON"T BACK TALK OR HIT OFFICERS of the LAW period.
