The city of Felicity in Clermont County has seen better days.
Wednesday night, trees were down, signs were flipped, the overhang on a gas station was actually rocking from the wind.
A barn roof just south of town was peeled back after a gust of wind.
"I just heard this big gust of wind. So, I thought it was our roof," said homeowner Cathy Parrish.
"So, I got up and I looked out and I seen it was the roof up here on the barn," said Parrish. "I was like shocked. But I was relieved too because it was the barn."
